How can I order samples of your marble and tile?

We highly recommend ordering samples before committing to a full project. You can order individual 4x4 or 6x6 swatches directly from each product page to evaluate color, texture, and finish in your home's lighting.

What is the typical lead time for shipping?

In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom orders or large freight shipments of natural stone, delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location within the United States.

How do you handle damaged items during transit?

Natural stone is fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the pallets and individual items immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement claim.

Do you offer professional installation services?

Marble and Tile USA is a supplier only. While we do not provide installation, we can offer guidance on the types of thin-set and sealers required for specific materials like Carrara marble or travertine.

What is your return policy for overages?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs. We do not accept returns on individual loose pieces.

Does natural stone require sealing?

Yes, most natural stones like marble, slate, and limestone are porous and require sealing upon installation and periodically thereafter to prevent staining and moisture absorption.
