At Marble and Tile USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home project, you may return unused, uninstalled materials within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage all items in their original boxes with protective padding to prevent breakage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship Your Items
Ship the materials back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot refund items damaged during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tile to ensure it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
